The TV just would not turn on after a month of use. Working on a warranty repair/replacement, and looking online I am not the only one having this issue.

The telebision is awesome. Excellent color and definition. We had issues with the install: 3 rescheduled appointments which threw our college football - tv initiation party out the window.

The picture was never that good and now I know why--- the picture went black after 3 weeks and had to get a new TV. Luckily we purchased the extended warranty, as Best Buy exchanged it for a new one. The picture is great.

It’s an amazing quality TV. It connects to my Amazon Alexa as well so if I’m being lazy and I’m in my den I can tell Alexa to turn the TV off and it happens lickity split.

Do not buy this TV. The TV turned off after about 4 months of average use. The customer support from Samsung was tragically bad. I still have yet to receive a refund check in hand after 3 weeks of them saying it was sent. This was after 2 weeks of waiting for them to even decide to refund me due to no warranty services within my area. On top of this they expect the customer to deal with disposal of the TV and if you have any hope of receiving reimbursement for dumping/fuel costs, good luck waiting an additional 2 weeks for approval from their special cases department. Don't believe me? Look up the TV and you will see many others dealing with the same issue online.

I bought this tv 12/2/24... there were a few reviews out there about the electrical panel but not many, as it was a newer TV. I figured it was just a bad batch - I've purchased Samsung TV's for 20 years and never had a problem.
Fast forward 4 months and the EXACT same thing has happened to mine as the other reviewers. One day the TV wouldn't turn on, I found the breaker tripped in the basement. Upon turning breaker back on, the TV will not turn on, even the red standby light. SOO frustrating - we have to deal with this in 2025?? Naturally I am out of the 15 day return window for BB so I have to deal directly with Samsung... repair man is coming in a few days. Other reviewers have said that the electrical panel gets replaced, and then it gets blown again in the near future. I expect I'll have to do this a few times within the 1 year period and then the TV will be worthless and I'll have to buy the applicable Sony or LG version.
I will note, while it worked, the picture quality is fantastic.... but makes no difference because of this electrical issue.
A horrible experience, Samsung. I guess I reminder that I should consider the extended warranty, but again, if we spend >$2,000 on a TV, why should we have to worry about this stuff. It should just work... not asking too much.
