Also trying to reach them by phone was simple and quick. NO AI computer service annoyance, tying you up, and no way able to help you with your issues, which is so time consuming and you need to figure how to get around it !!

What a disappointment

I took a day off work to be here for delivery and Best Buy canceled on me the same in the same time frame thay the tv was supposed to be delivered. I rescheduled for the next available Saturday, received a delivery time window the day of between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. Best Buy just called 10 minutes ago at 4:45 p.m. to once again tell me that they couldn't deliver the tv today after I made plans out my day to be here once again. I have family coming from out of town later this evening to visit and now I have no tv. I'm not halpy about this at all. I will not recommend anyone to use Best Buy delivery for anything.
