It stopped working on November 10th, 2025... one day after the factory warranty expired. Evidently, this model has a known power supply issue that can cause the TV panel to stop working. Samsung is aware of this issue, but hasn't issued a recall. Samsung customer service would not help whatsoever. The customer service agent stayed on her script for over an hour and continued to tell me her manager was busy and wasn't available to speak to me. It's been a terrible experience. I've bought Samsung TV's for over 2 decades and have never had this level of difficulty with their product or customer service. They have lost a 25 year loyal customer. I would recommend buying a different tv and a different brand.. or you may end up having a 77" paper weight like me.
