Defective Power Supply - Do Not Buy

Smasung refuses to fix. Mine went out 15 days aftercthe warranty expired. Samaunf service will cancel service requests if outside of warranty. Best buy charges $125 for diagnosing wven if the problem is known. They charge dor seevice labor and parts on top of that. They refuse to warranty the power supply because of known problems. Do not buy.

This is way too much to invest in a tv that doesnt last. Apparently there is a known problem with this tv so i agree with others. Quit selling a known lemon. All our tvs and phones are samsung and have been for many years. Depending on the feedback we receive on fixing this expensive jewel we may change brands. Very disappointed!

This is an expensive tv and it died within 7 months. Samsung customer service is terrible and they are freaking liars. WOULD NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.
