The first Samsung 77 Class S90D that was delivered only worked for 10 days. I contacted BestBuy immediately. It took two weeks before they sent a replacement because of bureaucratic procedures. The replacement TV is working well, and I really like the features on the Samsung OLED 4K TV

While I appreciate the quality of the television I purchased at Best Buy, I must also commend their impeccable customer service. The staff at Best Buy went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience and were always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had about the product. I highly recommend Best Buy for their excellent services and top-notch products.

I have a Total Membership with Best Buy for years, and one of the supposed perks is 2-day delivery. I ordered a TV on August 27th, 2025, and the confirmation email clearly stated it would arrive by September 2nd, 2025. Not only did it NOT arrive, but there was also zero communication from Best Buy until I called on Sept 2nd to ask for an update. To my greatest shock, I was told the TV hadn’t even arrived in Indiana!
The customer service was beyond awful — extremely rude, constantly transferring my call mid-conversation, with no accountability. When I called again on Sept 4th, I spoke to a rep who actually told me to come to the store and pick up my 77-inch TV (seriously? I’m a Total Member, isn’t that the whole point?). His tone was rude and condescending the entire time.
The TV finally showed up on Sept 8th, 2025 through ABF Freight Systems Inc. — six days late — and to make matters worse, the delivery guy refused to bring the TV inside my home. He insisted they were only required to leave it at the door. That’s absolutely unacceptable and despicable service for such a large, heavy item.
This entire experience has been a nightmare. Best Buy completely failed on communication, delivery, professionalism, and basic customer service. I will never recommend Best Buy for TV purchases. Zero stars if I could give them.
Lastly I hope the TV doesn't have any issue because have not unbox it yet.

Went Out - Geek Squad hasn't helped

TV went out just after a year but I assumed no big deal I have Geek Squad, wrong! I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with Geek Squad. It has now been a full month and my TV is still not repaired.
It took two weeks just to get a technician out, and all they did was confirm the obvious — the TV had no power. That technician promised I’d be updated and scheduled for a repair the following week.
A return appointment was set for 9/30, but it was canceled without anyone telling me.
When I called on 9/29 to confirm, I was hung up on when I questioned the delays. When I called back, another rep flat-out lied to me and said the appointment was still confirmed. Of course, no one showed up.
Now they’ve rescheduled me again for 10/7, meaning I’ll be waiting a full month with no working TV.
The website provides wrong information, the call center is unhelpful (and in my case rude), and no one at Geek Squad seems to care about communicating with customers. I paid for this service expecting reliability and professionalism, but instead I’ve gotten lies, no-shows, and wasted time.
If you value your time and sanity, don’t rely on Geek Squad for repairs.

We appreciate you sharing your experience you went through to have your TV serviced, but I hope your TV is now performing as expected. Please do keep in mind that our service does not cover your wall mount. For service, it is the responsibility of the customer to unmount and remount the unit.
If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).
