    The Samsung 77" Class S90D Series OLED 4K tv is super sweet! We went from a 55" to the 77" and it feels like it's an 85"! So very, very glad we made this purchase!!!!

    While I appreciate the quality of the television I purchased at Best Buy, I must also commend their impeccable customer service. The staff at Best Buy went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience and were always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had about the product.     Tv Failed 20 Days after purchase . Power Board failure, no picture Samsung replaced Board 5 Days later You must remove from wall and remove mount to get service. Hope this Power board last more than 20 days. Picture Looks Great in store. Different at Home

      We appreciate you sharing your experience you went through to have your TV serviced, but I hope your TV is now performing as expected. Please do keep in mind that our service does not cover your wall mount. For service, it is the responsibility of the customer to unmount and remount the unit.

      If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    I bought this TV in September 2024. In December of 2024 the power board failed which stopped the TV from working. We were without TV for about one week. The technician arrived and I assisted him in lifting it to the floor. He took it apart and replaced the power board. The TV worked again. In February of 2025, the TV shut off again. It's probably the power board again but we won't know until the technician comes again. We have no TV again until it's repaired. Please do not buy a Samsung TV if you are expecting a flawless TV without frequent issues. This experience is a wake up call for me. And the worst part is I payed $2,500 for this junk. I will be requesting a replacement TV as I don't know whats causing these power boards to fail. Neither does Samsung!!!
