    Bought a best buy open box excellent one. Was completely like new and working perfectly fine! And as for the TV nothing beats a OLED screen capable of handling 120 Hz.

    Bought this tv less then two months ago, woke up this morning to find out the TV won't turn on. No stand by light or anything. Pretty sure the power board is fried, either way, 2 months in on a 2400 tv! Should not be happening...very disappointed!

    Excellent sales associate. He was extremely helpful and offered his expertise on the type of tv she wanted. It's always nice to shop at Best Buy and have the Geek Squad for help.

    I’ve gone through 2 different “77 models and both experienced the same issue of not turning on after a few weeks of use. The Best buy warranty I purchased was a waste since they will only refer you to the manufacturer if any issues come up during the first year of ownership. DO NOT BUY THIS TV.

    Good tv but, second week in my wall I lost picture. Very disappointing after paying for it be mounted on the my wall. On top of that tried to return or exchange and I was given a hard time by the Best Buy manager at Cerritos after being told by customer service to take it back for exchange or return.

    The delivery went without a hitch! I received a call from the driver (Christian) that he was about 30 minutes out. The delivery was on time, and Christian was very polite, professional, and helpful! Thank you Christian!

    So happy with my purchase! My kids recommended this TV after looking at reviews and specs. Honestly i could not be more pleased! Samsung is always my go to and i am not disappointed. I have had this for 2 months and always amazed by the visual experience.

    We baught this tv and it was amazing, but after a week it died because of the power outage, I got a replacement within a week and after 5 months it died again, this time for no reason, a lot of people online and on reviews state that it is because of the power board and when it first broke the best buy employees told me it was the same issue. It seems the whole issue is just the power board.

    Tv quit working after five months. Even with the Best Buy warranty, they won’t look at it until the Samsung warranty is over. Now we have to wait weeks for a service call. This is a know problem that many people have with this model. Do not buy!

    I purchased the Samsung 77" Class S90D OLED less than a year ago, and it already suffered a complete power failure. After researching, I discovered this is a known issue that Samsung was aware of, yet they did nothing to proactively fix or alert customers. For such a premium TV, this kind of failure is unacceptable. The picture quality was excellent while it worked, but reliability and customer care matter just as much—and Samsung fell short.

    Excellent TV, BIG TV, only thing I don't like is the remote control without ch #'s. It's hard to learn to navigate especially for older people!

    Tv has excellent picture but has died within a year. Seems to be a constant problem where it will fail to bring in any power. Don't know why I let the sales guy talk me into this when I knew I should have stuck with LG. Not worth the price.
