Huge lack of features for the $$$

I have a Samsung soundbar, an Xbox, and a PlayStation connected to it and the tv keeps turning the Xbox on every time I turn the tv on. After some research people suggested to delete the “universal remote” feature in setting but when I browse to the menus the feature does not exist and there’s no way to disable it unless you disable Anynet+ which will disable turning the soundbar on. The softaware is terrible, this Tizen OS is full of spam and BS apps that you cannot delete, including TikTok that 150% spies on everything you do and collects information to be sold. I find this ridiculous, you pay too $$$ ($4000+ for mine) just to get undesired advertising and spyware that you can’t get rid of. After this mistake I will never buy another Samsung product ever again. They have fallen short really hard the past couple years.

Took me a while to upgrade all my equipment to get the full effects of the brilliant screen, but once there I love it. Remote should have come with a charging cord. And the sound volume is less than desirable. Have to turn it to 40 during day and my living room is small. For all the $$$ I paid, should be a bit better
