I had an LG OLED for 7 years, never had an issue, blacks were black, and all that we love about OLED’s. However, I seen the S95c and it was colorful and bright, it just popped compared to my older LG. So I had a decision to make between the G3 and this S95C, I decided I wanted the S95C for the additional color and something different than what I’ve already had the last few years. The loss in Dolby Vision didn’t matter to me, and the benefit of the one connect box was also a benefit. I got the TV, mounted it, turned it on, and out of the box, I was immediately impressed. Even my wife who doesn’t usually notice tv picture quality was amazed by the tv. Then a week goes by, and it just seemed as though the screen was starting to degrade, wife at first thought I was crazy, but then she started seeing it too. The blacks were not perfect like an oled they were banding and were gray. Although Samsung is not known for realistic skin tones, skin tones were more noticeably orange, we had some verticals white lines appear on a few occasions. Then out of nowhere one day I went to turn on the TV and it wouldn’t turn on, I followed troubleshooting, unplugged the tv, plugged it back in a few different times and nothing. So I left it unplugged for a while and the next day I tried again, this time the red lights just continued flashing, I could hear the startup menu startup but the screen was black, I followed some additional troubleshooting steps and unfortunately was not able to solve the issue. I contacted Samsung, they sent out a rep, apparently the TV’s have some known panel and board issues, both need to be replaced, now I have to wait for parts to come in for repair. I wish Best Buy’s return window wasn’t so short, now I have a very expensive tv that is dead, has some known issues, and I have to wait on repairs, how long the tv will actually last after that who knows. I probably should’ve just spent the extra money and stuck with what I knew in LG.

Beautiful picture. Has a lot of auto adjustment for picture quality, so it picks the best standard for you. Remote has been simplified which is great for play and using apps, but a little difficult with the sound and navigation because there aren’t a lot of separate buttons. Overall, runs smooth as silk!

Solid for HDR movies, but not for sports because the most recent update causes the brightness to shift in every scene. As a result, for two seconds you'll see vibrant colors with high brightness and two seconds later a faded image with low brightness, giving me a headache after watching a game. Not worth it for all this money. Returned.

By far the best TV I have ever purchased! Dolby ATMOS sounds great!

Love this TV! Originally got the 65” but decided to use Best Buy trade in to get the bigger 77”. Don’t rely on built in sound. I got the Samsung sound bar Q990 and made an awsome pair.

An excellent tv, picture is great and once in 4k is amazing; I'll recommended to anyone. One connect is good so there aren't many cable around and everything in one place.

Panel was severely burnt in (Open Box Good Condition) as it was clearly a display model. I had to shake down the ranks of Best Buy support, but eventually they came out and replaced the panel. So I was able to get a huge discount on a used model and got a brand new panel for free.

Amazing color. I would highly recommend for the high end buyer. Combined with surround and immersive lighting and you have a movie theater

Amazing Picture!! True blacks, vibrant colors, viewability range is amazing and straight forward setup. Looking forward to seeing the enhanced performance with a 120hz receiver!

Picture & color quality is excellent. Love this TV. Paying extra for Geek Squad (Total Tech) absolutely worth the money. These guys were excellent at their job & extremely knowledgeable.

This 77 inch Samsung OLED TV is worth every penny. Zero complaints about anything of this TV.

Best gaming tv available, bright and clean picture. Only had fo calibrate a little bit. I wish they would do a reset on Tizen but that’s alright, much faster than older models. Big W for samsung this year.

Great TV. QLED is better than OLED. Grighter and moore crisp. I have macular degeneration and this picture can drive right through holes is my vision. Or seems like it. Pricey but worth it. 4k images are outstanding.

First of all she is big, heavy and thin!!! Easy intall as well. The picture tho is what your paying for. Very clean and crisp. I wanted to buy another for another room

breath taking color and definition. It did take me a little time to get used to the added size. I also added an additional sound system.

Best Tv on the planet. picture is breathe taking. Nothing compares to this television. Not lgc2 or 3 or sony oled tv. Nothing period.

Amazing product. The picture is gorgeous. We do recommend using Geek Squad for install - this is not an easy TV to juggle during install.
