As time went on, it would not turn on more often. I finally gave up before my return window ended and took it back. Samsung: You really have an issue here that needs attention. Apparently there are several Samsung models with similar issues.

Quietly Waiting

We lost power in the living room and when it was restored, the TV was dead. I called the service people and they were very snippy. Yes, I was very frustrated and they did nothing to alleviate that like, tell me to go to the website and send me a link. Now, I have created a work order, but it takes one to two business days just to hear back about an appointment. I do not recommend this TV to anyone.

Dead after 90 days

This TV is dead! Completely dead for nonreason. Tried everything. Samsung is coming out to try and repair it. They wont be able to but they still will take time trying to. Refund me or replace the tv. Spent so much money just for this to happen. They should stop sales of the TV while they figure it out.

Doesn’t work

Luckily was still within 60 day return policy and returned it. Wasted my time installing, removing, reinstalling of which Best Buy would not offer any help with fixing the problem unless the tv was removed and returned back to the store.

I would never buy again a Samsung

Best Buy said they can’t do nothing because it is on the Samsung warranty. To contact the Samsung it is a very bad customer support. You waiting until someone text you and in conversation the support person doesn’t answer any more and you all again and waiting hours and nobody answers. You pay a lot money and no support from Samsung or Best Buy where I pay my yearly membership.

One connect Box will fail!!

There weren’t too many reviews yet when I purchased it. However now there about 40 or more that have all had the issue with the TV not powering on. Worked when I went to bed, the next morning it was a brick. Pretty confident the issue is within the one connect box. Bought the TV in May and it’s now November so made it 6 months with a $3000 TV. Currently waiting for someone to call me back and set up an appointment for repair.

Don’t buy Samsung OLED

TV Setup
