    Outstanding picture quality! The first time I saw fire displayed in a show I was mesmerized! Lights and fire really showcase the intense bright levels this tv can reach and looks incredible! Also really appreciate the anti-glare technology- very effective

    This Samsung tv is top notch ! The anti-glare does wonders especially in my living room with so much sun light coming in ! 10/10 my wife and our dog are enjoying our new tv !! Thanks to David at bestbuy who help us out such a great and honest guy !!

    The tv is wonderful. The cutstomer service was terrible even as a PLUS member (being canceled) and even worse at the Mid Ricers MO store. Carl the manager on the problems with setup told me “I’m not the first or last person this will happen to” direct quote on helping me along with threatening to just return my 3k plus purchase but that doesn’t matter along with fact we’ve spent over 8k in that store in the past 12 months. Nobody cared so I don’t care to be a customer anymore or plus member or credit card holder.

    Best TV I’ve ever seen. Coming from a Panasonic Viera Plasma that was 13 years old I guess that’s fair. But when we turned on the tv after installing, even the geek squad employees were blown away. It’s super bright. I have it set to half for my space with windows. I love it. I wish the menu was a less involved. There’s every option and app to choose from. I love the smart box being separate. It makes cable routing simple.

    Power supply failure (known issue)

    Had this TV for a year and 10 days before it tripped the breaker and now no longer powers on. This is a COMMON issue with the s95D model along with the s90D model; and if were being honest, you could likely fid other models affected. Just look it up, youll find all sorts of reddit forums discussing the issue. On top of that, Samsung REFUSES to even service my tv, far less cover the costs. They say there is noone in my area to service the TV. I asked if it was 10 days earlier and was still under warranty, how would they cover it? They say a 'premium' service call would be made. But a premium service call cant be made for a Samsung loyalist who currently owns a Samsung stove, fridge, 2 phones, 3 tvs. Nope, cant be bothered to help, already pocketed the $2600 (discounted price too) they stole from me. Coming from a loyal Samsung fan for over 15 years now, this is a huge disappointment. Ill never buy another Samsung product again. Ill file a complaint through the the FTC and hopefully a class action lawsuit arises out of this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Samsung stands behind the quality and performance of our TVs with a limited 1-year manufacturer’s warranty when purchased brand-new from an authorized dealer. Depending on your warranty you will have a couple of other options for service.

      - If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
      - If you have an extended warranty, you can reach out to them to have service set up.
      - If you're within the one-year warranty, you can reach out to Samsung Support for service.

    I have always bought Samsung tv's. I researched this tv and only saw positive feedback. Unfortunately I must not have read enough. Thats why I am writing this... as a warning! Read ALL of the reviews so my experience isn't yours! I bought this expensive tv just before Thanksgiving 2024. I'm not sure it lasted more than a couple of weeks and it died... completely! No lights and no sign of life. Went through getting a replacement because Samsung reassured me there was no problem with this tv that they were aware of. Went through all of the trouble taking down this big tv and hanging a new one. This one lasted about 2 months. I told them I did not want a replacement. Obviously too late, I started reading all of the reviews on this tv and found MANY had the exact same experience I had. I ordered an LG equivalent to the Samsung only significantly less expensive. I've had it on my wall for almost a week and, so far, it looks and sounds great! Now... I am waiting for the 2nd week for them to pick up this DEAD tv. Suppose to be here yesterday... waited all day when they called to say at 8:00 pm they couldn't make it but they would be here atound 11:00 am. Samsung called and said they would be here around 3:00 pm. Another day wasted! Please, please don't buy this tv until they have a fix for it, if ever. This experience has left a bad Samsung taste in my mouth! LG seems to be be as good, or better! Good luck!

    This QD OLED is a truly premium experience. The brightness is absolutely stunning, making colors pop in a way other screens don't, and the anti-reflection coating is fantastic even in a well-lit room, there are practically no distracting reflections.
