    Beautiful picture, very realistic. Could not be happier with my purchase. We love just watching some you tube scenery sometimes to enjoy the beauty of this tv picture.

    I have already had one of these TVs myself. This is for a friend who has a lot of health problems. It’s replacing.the Samsung qn90d. I’m doing this because I know it will have zero blooming, and the previous TV had terrible blooming.. I don’t care for the matte finish when there’s a lot of light in the room, but overall it’s an amazingly beautiful TV!

    This TV will take your viewing pleasure to a hole new level. Fantastic picture quality. I also love how the Q-symphony feature connects and controls my Q990D sound bar. Just be sure to get some strong folks to help you get the TV set up.

    Great TV, worst Best Buy Open Box experience!

    The TV itself is great! Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect anti glare for my sunlit room. But I am NOT buying an open box TV from Best Buy again. I picked up this TV which was sold as open box good condition. After reaching home, I opened the box to find out the external box not connecting the tv. Turns out it was not for the same tv. Btw, the remote was missing too. I took the box back to Best Buy and they asked me to bring the whole tv back so that they can exchange the whole tv with another open box. I somehow got the whole tv back only only to find out that they will only give me the box from the other tv and not exchange the tv itself. Then why did they ask me to bring back the whole tv? Also later on I realize that the stand was also missing a part. Like I said, good tv but bad experience with Best Buy open box deal.

    on my 3rd tv. first one made it 14 days and would not turn on. Replacement had sound with no picture. Best Buy has not made it easy to deal with. Waited a week for a call back from customer service and never got one.

    This Samsung 77-inch TV is generally great, but the color saturation isn't as bright as the previous 55-inch model. Is this just my perception? Could anyone give me an answer?

    I just bought a house with big windows in the living room and this TV is perfect for a big space with lotta light coming in. You see everything perfect there’s no glare. I love it.

    We love the tv. THE MATT FINISH IS WONDERFUL.I have very limited vision and I can see it with out the glare of the lights.

    Amazing picture no matter the viewing angle. The anti-glare is phenomenal without changing the picture quality. The 4K upscaling makes every program beautiful.

    Absolutely unacceptable. I purchased this TV just six months ago, and it has already completely failed. It won’t turn on after 300 hours of use. For a product this expensive, that’s beyond disappointing. What’s worse is the lack of support from Best Buy and Geek Squad. I expected real help, especially as a Total Rewards member, but instead I was told to deal with the manufacturer myself. I’ve always trusted Best Buy for quality products and service, but this experience has completely changed that. If this is how customers are treated after spending thousands of dollars, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I will not be recommending this TV or Best Buy to anyone
