    This is the worst TV ever. I wouldn't recommend it nor Best Buy to my worst enemy. The brightness and contrast will NOT stay adjusted, making it flip back to super bright every few minutes. I can't make the TV stay in my picture mode of choice either. I would only recommend the Samsung - 77” Class S95D Series OLED 4K to someone who aspires to go blind from a television with no adjustments accessible for those with vision disabilities. I have narrow angle glaucoma and risk going blind from bright flashing lights. (FYI: I did ask the salesperson before we purchased this whether the brightness was adjustable on this television. He assured us it was.) We also had extremely poor customer service when the television was installed. The installer repeatedly ignored my request to install the wall mount lower, since I have neck problems. After he finished the install, he sat in a nearby chair, looked at the screen and said, "That's perfect." "You're not as short as I am," I replied. I felt bullied by the time he and his assistance left. If you have any physical disabilities, please note: No one at this store is going to help you. You are on your own. There's no manual for the TV provided. The techs won't stay to help set it up. No one will answer the phone if you call Best Buy and, if they do, no manager will call you back. If I could give 10 minus stars, I would. If I could return this tomorrow for a full refund, I would happily do so.

      We appreciate you sharing details of the dimming issue you’ve experienced on your S95D TV. Please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred.

      Check to see if Contrast Enhancer has been enabled. This setting automatically adjusts your TV's brightness so the difference between bright and dark areas is not excessive. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer

      If Contrast Enhancer hasn’t been enabled, please see if Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, or Motion Lighting have been enabled and disable them.
      - Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting

      Please also be sure your TV’s firmware is up to date with the latest version. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

    I wouldn't recommend this junk to anyone. Stopped working, issue is in One Connect Box (quite certain it is the Power Control Board based on number of blogs I have discovered in last 9 months on this issue) and the time spent and number of hoops to jump through to get SAMSUNG to cover their own warranty is ridiculous. Go buy an LG, right now I have a very expensive wall ornament.

    Great TV. Brilliant picture. The anti-glare tech does not diminish the picture quality at all and it looks fantastic in my very bright living room...during the day and at night. Gaming is also pretty awesome on this TV.

    The picture was great, worked well even in bright light. I bought the TV in May and now in September it completely stopped working and will not turn on. Apparently this is a known issue, but the worst part about owning this TV is dealing with Samsungs warranty department. Constant jumping theough hoops to try and get them to honor their warranty. My next TV will not be a Samsung because of this experience.

    Great screen and TV. Only issue i have had to deal with is keeping connection to internet. At times it just doesnt recognize internet at all...trust it will sort itself out as i use it more
