    Our salesman was the most educated and knowledgeable about the tvs than anyone we've ever had. We had no knowledge of what to buy and he helped us make an informed decision.

    Picture is GREAT and without the glare from lights and windows!!! With the BOSE sound it feels like a theater experience... LOVE IT!

    I almost didn't believe how much the glare is cut with this tv. This TV is great its clear vibrant and quick responding

    The picture was great, worked well even in bright light. I bought the TV in May and now in September it completely stopped working and will not turn on. Apparently this is a known issue, but the worst part about owning this TV is dealing with Samsungs warranty department. Constant jumping theough hoops to try and get them to honor their warranty. My next TV will not be a Samsung because of this experience.

    I wouldn't recommend this junk to anyone. Stopped working, issue is in One Connect Box (quite certain it is the Power Control Board based on number of blogs I have discovered in last 9 months on this issue) and the time spent and number of hoops to jump through to get SAMSUNG to cover their own warranty is ridiculous. Go buy an LG, right now I have a very expensive wall ornament.

    Been waiting for two weeks for a replacement OCB (One Connect Box), like many that have TVs built in the fall of 2024. First went to Best Buy and they told me I need to talk to Samsung. Talked to Samsung and they told me USSI Global would contact me. Waited for a week and called Samsung again. They told me USSI needed some info and I should call them (why didn't they let me know?). Called USSI and they told me they needed to order replacement parts and will call when they get them. Do you think I'll hear from them?? Bottom line, Samsung needs to let their customers know that they have a problem and are addressing it. The TV is too good to get 1 star reviews, but that is all I am giving them based on the way they are handling this problem.
