    Been waiting for two weeks for a replacement OCB (One Connect Box), like many that have TVs built in the fall of 2024. First went to Best Buy and they told me I need to talk to Samsung. Talked to Samsung and they told me USSI Global would contact me. Waited for a week and called Samsung again. They told me USSI needed some info and I should call them (why didn't they let me know?). Called USSI and they told me they needed to order replacement parts and will call when they get them. Do you think I'll hear from them?? Bottom line, Samsung needs to let their customers know that they have a problem and are addressing it. The TV is too good to get 1 star reviews, but that is all I am giving them based on the way they are handling this problem.

    Great looking TV. Beautiful imahe and color rendering. Cons- no switch button, need a remote to control. Dead after 6 months, 12 days after samsung warranty expiration. Not sure its worth the 3 grand afterall. I wont get without extended warranty or better get one of the cheaper ones.
