Samsung S95D 65 and a 77 inch in my home And couldn’t be happier.

DO NOT BUY and DEFINITELY don’t buy from BestBuy

I’ve since looked up this issue and apparently it is an ongoing problem with this set’s power supply component’s and Samsung TV’s generally. It’s still within the manufacturer’s warranty, but Samsung won’t attempt to troubleshoot or repair if the TV is still mounted to the wall, which is a big problem because it’s a 77” TV, which I can’t dismount myself. I had paid BestBuy to have GeekSquad deliver and mount the TV when I bought it, and now they won’t do anything to help me get the TV down so I can have it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer (BestBuy won’t accept returns after 15 days). So I paid BestBuy almost $4000 for a defective TV, plus money to mount it on the wall, and their only remedy is for me to pay and additional $250 to dismount the TV so it can be repaired or replaced… and then pay AGAIN to mount the replacement. I won’t spend another dime at BestBuy after this and I recommend that you don’t either. If you buy this TV, in two months you’ll be in this position yourself. Also the audio quality on this TV is horrible, so don’t purchase unless you intend to pair with surround sound or a sound bar.
