    I love this TV amazing pictures and sounds. The math finish is really nice. It doesn’t glare because I put the TV closer to the window.

    Love our new 77” Samsung Glare-free Smart Tizen TV. It was expensive but the picture is great.

    Tv is great. No complaints there. But the free gift (Gamepass code) does not work ive tried over and over. Nothing works. I email customer support and got no returned answers. I think this is a Best Buy issue. This is not the first time somethings similar has happened to me from Best buy. Among other things. I recommend the TV. Just don't get it from Best Buy

    The TV no longer functioned after 16 days. When it worked the anti glare was great.

    Great TV picture BUT I could not turn it on after about a week unless I powered it down for a few minutes. As time went on, it would not turn on more often. I finally gave up before my return window ended and took it back. Samsung: You really have an issue here that needs attention. Apparently there are several Samsung models with similar issues.

    For its price, I expected much better quality. Sometimes it is so murky, I wonder if it is a faulty tv. What I saw in the store is not the same as what I am seeing here.

    TV ind installation was alright, but disappointed in the setup. I didnt realize that Best Buy no longer calibrates it to give the best possible picture. I could have had the same quality with a much less expensive set

    We’ve had this TV not quite 90 days. We lost power in the living room and when it was restored, the TV was dead. I called the service people and they were very snippy. Yes, I was very frustrated and they did nothing to alleviate that like, tell me to go to the website and send me a link. Now, I have created a work order, but it takes one to two business days just to hear back about an appointment. I do not recommend this TV to anyone.

    I had 2 of these tvs completely fail on me. One within the first week and the other around 4 months. I will never buy a tv with one connect again without serious research into whether or not they've solved the issues. Best buy and geek squad were great. Samsung customer service was an absolute nightmare.
