Bought it from Best Buy. First setup didn't work. Best Buy Greek Squad showed three days later with replacement. But they first TV worked fine. Two months later, audio is there but no video. Called Samsung and tech scheduled for repair. Looks like a long painful journey.

Amazing TV – Worth Every Penny! I recently purchased the Samsung 77” OLED, and I could not be more satisfied. The picture quality is absolutely stunning—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and crystal-clear detail that makes movies, sports, and gaming feel truly immersive. The size is perfect for creating that theater-like experience at home, and the sleek, modern design looks beautiful in my living room. The matte black anti-glare screen is the biggest game changer vs other options we looked at. Setup was quick and easy, and the smart features are very user-friendly. The interface is smooth, and navigating between streaming apps, cable, and my gaming console is seamless. The sound quality is solid on its own, but paired with my sound system it feels like a full cinematic experience. Overall, this TV exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re on the fence about upgrading, do it—you won’t regret it!

I found an "Open Box" model at a local BB outlet store. They helped me thoroughly check it out before deciding to definitely buy it, and I got a fantastic value. It was described as being in good condition, but it was actually basically new! After owning the S95F for about a month now and customizing a couple of picture modes to my personal liking I am blown away by the picture quality... overall the picture quality is absolutely amazing! The TV has fantastic contrast, tremendous sharpness, and knock out colors, especially with 4K sources. I have watched several of my favorite 4K/UHD discs/movies through my Oppo player that I thought would really show what this TV is made of and OMG... Top Gun Maverick, Star Trek Into Darkness, Avatar Way of Water, Ready Player One, Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning, Blade Runner 2049, Dune 2, Across the Spiderverse, Monsters Inc, and Coco... I never imagined even these brilliantly filmed movies could ever look sooooo good! Of course other sources are at least a slight step down in quality, but the apps I have checked out so far: Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and YouTube look great, and even regular cable looks very good! I don't game through the TV, but I've heard it looks fantastic. I run all the audio through my receiver and speaker system, so I can not comment on the TVs built in audio/speaker quality. The matte/anti-glare screen is highly effective! After owning a 65" LG B7, which I really liked until it built up some nasty burn in after 6 years, I knew I wanted to seriously consider the matte screen models Samsung offers, because I always disliked the mirror like quality of my old B7 and most contemporary OLED screens. Contrary to some things I have read about this Samsung matte screen doing poorly in bright rooms... I completely disagree! We have several big windows and glass sliders to one side of the TV and multiple very bright LED lights opposite the TV. My old B7 completely reflected (almost like a mirror) all those light sources, but the S95F has zero direct reflections and at the most shows extremely slight glare and only in scenes that are almost completely black/very dark! I highly recommend this TV for so many reasons. It's probably not perfect for everyone, especially traditionalists who can not get past the matte screen or for those who must have Dolby Vision, but for many people I strongly believe this would be a fantastic OLED TV choice!

We absolutely love it! The anti glare is a fantastic and effective feature —well worth the extra cost. Picture quality is out of the box without any necessary adjustments amazing!!! It is designed so well and thar thin profile is wowzaaaa, and easy to use intiutive controls. Setting up is a little intimidating but managable with a helping hand, do not attempt to try solo lifting or mounting to the stand.

I recently upgraded my TV from an 8 year old Samsung Tv to the 77 inch S95F. I was not disappointed by the screen and anti reflective technology. That was my main reason for the upgrade, but the new interface and speed of the processor chip and AI scrren adjustment and image upcoverting ton4k is light uears ahead of my last 4k tv. Many additional features besides to screen improvement.

The picture quality of this TV is excellent. I upgraded from a QN90A, and the difference is significant. I'm glad I decided to try OLED. What sold me on this one is the brightness and anti-glare features, as my living room is filled with natural light and the TV is near an oversized sliding door. With the QN90A, I had to close the blinds for a better experience, but with this one, I don't need to close blinds or curtains to enjoy great content.

I recently purchased the Samsung 77” Class S95F Series OLED 4K UHD TV, and I have been absolutely blown away by its performance. The sound quality is also surprisingly good for a thin TV, but I’d still recommend a soundbar for a more cinematic experience. The only downside is the price, but considering the quality and advanced features, it’s well worth the investment. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium TV experience.

this TV is awesome! No glare, great sound and sleek looking!

The location where we put this TV usually causes high glare from reflected lights, both external and internal lights. The matte finish on this TV eliminates the effect of that. Great for bright rooms. Add to that a top quality OLED with a fantastic picture and this is aTV that is worth the money.

Our living room gets a ton of sunlight so the anti glare enhancements to the S95F have been an absolute game changer. The picture quality and brightness are stunning and the addition of VRR had taken my gaming experience to the next level.

We have a very large bay window in our family room that made watching TV with the blinds open previously impossible. Even with those blinds closed you would still see the kitchen reflection perfectly in our old TV. This completely changed our daytime TV viewing experience, I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to watch TV in a room with plenty of natural light. At night when all the lights are off you can't even tell this doesn't have a glossy screen, the images are so crisp and blacks are really black. 10/10 would recommend!

Love my new tv. I have 1 draw back, I hear a beeping sound every so often, even when tv has been turn off. I have looked it up and read that it could be normal like cooling or pixels adjustments… I think, thank goodness for warranties. I still think this is a great tv. Had a Samsung 65” curve which is finally giving up, having to do with fan cooling! Samsung great products!!!!

This TV is Amazing. I fell in love with it when i saw the presentation on CES 2025. I use this TV mainly for gaming and the Game Mode makes the game look amazing, Movies, Anime and everything i watch on it looks top notch. from my experiences with Sony this TV takes the top. Also, the Glare free scree is a must when you live in a place with lots of lighting or when your media set up has many LED, s around for light effect the reflection won't bother you. Totally recommended!!

Absolutely enjoying this TV! Was hoping the 83" model had better ratings, but I'm sure it'll improve over time. Set up - Very easy! Once installation was complete, everything else just fell into place. One of the easiest and quickest I've ever experienced. Picture Quality - Amazing, whether streaming, gaming or playing disc...just awesome!! Brightness - Awesome, can be adjusted to your liking...or allow AI to update based on the lighting and room setting...just awesome! Sound - TV is great by itself, but a soundbar definitely amplifies...and if it's a Samsung soundbar, automatic sync. Features - The list is endless...and loving the ability for TV to sense when you are in the room, turning on to your standard "updates" screensaver/page (weather, date, news, etc...); waiting for you to actually begin to watch...Just Awesome!!

Overall picture quality is fantastic. Interface is simple and easy to navigate. TV is very heavy with the stand on it. And set up is a little complicated.

Best Buy managers Tim and Page were terrific when our brand new Samsung TV stopped working. It was literally only in the house 18 days before the screen went black with no picture. I talked with Samsung before I went to Best Buy and they were willing to repair the TV but wanted us to take it off the wall. And pay whichever samsung TV tech they sent out to our house. I went straight to Best Buy and managers Tim and Page agreed to replace the TV and have Geek Squad mount the new TV on the wall. Best Buy didn’t cause the tv issue, but they sure made it right! They stand by the the products they sell. We absolutely love the Samsung AI S95AF 4 K TV. It’s almost like you are watching 3D at the movies! Cant wait to get our replacement!

I bought a Samsung 77" OLED 4K UHD TV on oct. 12,2025 with acc's. and delivery. The Tv is excellent. The Delivery was on time and very professional. The sales staff was also very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Best Buy is my go to place to purchase electronics. Thank you.

One of, if not the best, OLED Picture quality. Set up and controls are very easy. Also includes a remote with voice feature to make things convenient.
