Beautiful clear and bright picture. Love it! Also no glare from outside or interior lighting.

The picture quality on this TV is fantastic after calibrating it, but the biggest win for me is that it handles reflections from light fixtures and windows incredibly well. In my opinion, there is currently no better TV suited for a living room or any other area with light that may reflect off of the panel. I have not experienced any issues with this TV (after ~one month of ownership). This is all that matters to me, so it is a 5-star TV visually and reliably, so far; however, I'm giving it 4 stars because of the following con: The software sucks. It comes pre-installed with, in my opinion, junk, that I would never use. I don't like the layout, and I don't like the advertisements within the software. I recommend getting a streaming device to circumvent this. I can't speak to the sound quality, because I have a sound system connected to it. Overall, I recommend this TV.

Finally an OLED that is bright enough for our sun filled living room. Great picture.

TV by far, one of the best purchases I’ve ever made for tech colored distribution is even special with the LED panels that they used to create it pairs well with a sound bar and the AI color optimization is one of the best settings. I’ve seen on TV in a long time even when it comes to older movies it still makes them look really good especially with the reds and the blacks.

We love our 77” Samsung TV. The picture is amazing as is the sound. We went into Best Buy thinking we were purchasing a different TV, but after talking with our sales associate, Arnoldo, we decided to upgrade. He had thorough knowledge on the TV’s, and after listening to what we wanted, he gave us the perfect suggestion. He set us up with delivery and set up, and we are very happy with our purchase.

We purchased the Samsung S95F OLED 4K back in November 2025. At first, the TV had some image issues that caused people to appear washed out. After a deep dive into some forums, we found out that holding the power button through a full power cycle would correct the issue. However, we'd have to do that every 3-4 days. It also took us about 2 weeks to calibrate the image that projected the quality we were expecting (we did not have it prof. installed). Once calibrated, the image cannot be beaten, and the antiglare feature is a game-changer if you watch TV in a well-lit room or have ceiling lights that typically reflect on the screen. We enjoyed the TV for a couple of weeks, then on Dec. 30, the image went black and did not return, likely due to an issue with the One Connect box (also a commonly reported issue on customer forums). We didn't have the warranty through Best Buy (which we recommend others purchase). We still had the manufacturer's warranty, so we have been working with Samsung. Because there is no local Samsung repair shop, they are replacing the TV. However, it is a slow-moving process. We still do not have the replacement TV. In summary, when it works, the TV is amazing. Just be aware that there is a high potential for firmware/hardware issues. On a side note, the customer service at Best Buy was great, but if they were aware of this potential issue, they did not inform us.

Best TV I’ve ever owned. Picture is amazing and I love the one connect box to hook cables into sitting on the stand while the TV is wall mounted.

This TV is absolutely outstanding, picture, quality features, the ability to scale, not only up and down, but left to right, surprisingly the picture on this is even better Than my pioneer elite plasma

If you can afford this you will not be dissapointed. No reflections from windows and lighting in room. Almost too bright - had to turn it down to 25%. For home control you cannot turn this TV on without IR. RS-232 control board gets turned off after power is off. Once TV is on the EX-Link RS-232 commands work fine.

I’m coming from Sony OLED and this has it beat. The brightest of the big 3 OKED’s but still has that true black you can only get from OLED TV’s. I’m happy to watch and play the game on this monster of a television. Plus glare free screen

Very happy with the TV, the picture is amazing and the colors are unbelievable, we had a 65” Samsung for 11 years and we loved it so we decided to upgrade to this 77” from Samsung and we’re loving it.

The Geek squad installed this TV and did a superb job doing it. From the first night, my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed the TV. The picture is great, the colors are sharp and the 77" fits the room perfectly. It was pricey, but in my opinion well worth the money. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Salesman was great. TV is wonderful. Installers contacted by Best Buy refused to install them led us on for two weeks until we finally installed it ourself. Terrible service by Best Buy, but good product.

Sharp, smooth motion, deep blacks! Mountings are different from 75” Samsung it replaced.

This Samsung OLED tv has a great picture and truly lives up to its glare free advertising without losing its picture clarity! We have so many windows surrounding our living room and it has handled the sunshine that comes in. It has definitely been worth the investment for us.

This TV is astonishingly good. We did tons of research and it has exceeded expectations. Only issue we had was pickup confusion at our local store - we had to wait quite a long time for it to be ready for pickup. Once we finally got it home we've been nothing but pleased!

Excellent picture. Extremely satisfied with my purchase. I did buy the recommended surround sound and it sounds so much better than going to the theaters.
