TV is wonderful, installation is terrible

Scheduling was difficult, they have been back twice and the audio is still terrible, sounds like I am in an echo tunnel. A big component to the decline in performance is Best Buy now uses independent contractors to deliver and setup the TV, NOT Geek Squad employees. This is our 4th Tv purchased from Best Buy, the first three were setup by the Geek Squad and we could not have been happier. This setup by their independent contractors is terrible. The decision by Best Buy to utilize independent contractors is unfortunate for us customers. Not to mention the worry I have about letting strangers in my house who have no uniform or identification, are driving their personal vehicle and have no tools. Its kind of like letting someone off the street corner come in my house. Very dissatisfied.

Excellent OKOpen Box was Fair Condition
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV in excellent condition box. however when I took it home and when I opened the box, it was nowhere near in excellent condition plus it was missing the remote and it was missing the stand, even though I didn’t need a stand because I am hanging it on the wall, but as the excellent condition stated it should have all accessories and items with it, but it was missing those items and it was not in excellent condition at all. Had so many fingerprints on the screen which required professional cleaning .

Screen tearing

Still frames and non action are clear look good.

Thank you for your feedback on the Samsung xxx TV and your experience when watching fast-motion content. If the picture appears blurry or unnatural during high-speed scenes, there are several settings you can adjust to improve motion clarity.
Picture Clarity Settings: While originally intended for motion handling, these can also impact overall clarity
• Off: Disables motion enhancements
• Auto: Automatically adjusts based on content
• Custom: Lets you fine-tune:
o Judder Reduction – Helps smooth out uneven motion
o LED Clear Motion – Boosts sharpness in fast-moving content
o Noise Reduction – Reduces distortion and enhances detail in lower-resolution sources
Core Picture Settings
• Brightness – Controls overall screen brightness
• Contrast – Enhances the difference between bright and dark areas
• Sharpness – Adjusts edge definition; closer to 20 increases detail
• Color – Enhances depth and intensity of colors

You don’t always get what you pay for.

Covered by warranty, we immediately called Samsung for service. After a week to 10 days, a technician came to our home. After about 15 minutes, he determined that he was unable to repair and advised us that parts would have to be ordered. Three more weeks later, we are still waiting. Thus far we have been without the use of the television longer than we had use. When we call, we get a computer telling us that the parts have been ordered ; still waiting and wondering when if ever will we be serviced.

I’ve been set up for delivery three times already. I’ve waited left work early and then last minute no delivery. One time they delivered the wrong tv. So I can’t give a review on tv yet. But delivery review is the worse. I even called and asked please only schedule if it’s at the warehouse. She said yes mam it’s there. We will deliver Thursday. And I just got the call they will not be delivering again

Samsung S95F OLED
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV delivers excellent color and refresh rate! The colors are so vibrant when using the PS5. I have always had a glare issue when using my TV and when the blinds are closed. My recess lighting is right on top of the tv location and this S95F model eliminated the glare! The one connect box (1 wire to TV from box including power and all other wires get connected to the separate box) really made a difference in my set up which is over a fireplace. Such a clean set up as I am using an over the fireplace mount. So even if the wires are hidden the wall you can see them behind the tv when the tv is pullout. The one connect box is great! Also, the OLED screen stays really cool after several hours of use. If budget is not an issues, I would recommend this TV!

Getting a good workout in with the Olympics and the Superbowl and it has not disappointed. Remote is as useless as the Apple TV remote except it uses light to stay powered. It was a bit expensive but so far quite happy.

Fantastic Picture Quality

Aside from the size difference what I immediately noticed is how much brighter this TV is. Also no glare due to the matte finish. The picture quality is fantastic. Sound quality is also excellent.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV, the anti glare is amazing with my lights giving off a direct reflection to where I'm seated, the one connect box is also great for only having one cable go to my TV so I can hide everything nice and nearly. I would enjoy if the black levels didn't raise in a bright room, and the anti glare washes stuff out when the room is super bright too.
