The young man that helped us did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and not pushy like previous sales associates. He gave us a few options for our price range and gave us our space. Not yo mention we LOVE the choice of tv we chose thanks to him

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a good buy it has a good color features, its large and good for our entertainment area - its smart function is intutive and user friendly , the Samsung HUB and free movies is a great add on - it is too bright so good for dark rooms - the only issue was the WIFI setting , we had to reset the TV 2 times since we purchased it as it would not login to WIFI router - thereby 4 stars.

Since samsung has apple tv built in, i can do airplay, netflix, hulu, youtube-tv, etc without buying a separate streaming box It even controls my sony receiver volume seamlessly via the CEC option

Otherwise a great updated smart TV. Replaced my 60" Samsung that only lasted about 5 years but for the price of under $1,000 what do you expect? If it lasts at least that long I will be satisfied.

They say it was a "power surge," either way we are disappointed in the entire issue. We tried to get it fixed and first the part was on backorder. Then when the part became available, the price quadrupled. So frustrating.
