I have a continual problem with some apps working on the operating system used by the TV. I use paramount plus and it is a gamble if it will load or not and if it loads, even less likely it will play. netflix is fine and disney plus.

However, i never regretted buying anything from best buy especially when i have the protection plan that i always purchase every year. It is well worth it.

Audio does not save to receiver

Unfortunately Samsung is telling me that you cannot save the audio settings to play through a receiver. You have to manually adjust the sound settings each time you turn the tv on according to their support.

Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for sharing your feedback. There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. These settings will save to your TV eliminating the need to adjust your sound settings every time you turn on the TV.
Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

It wont turn on

Just full black screen and when it tries to turn on it lights up very slight blue on the bottom. I had it for about 3 weeks.

The tv looks awesome too! The only gripe is that you’ll want to get some external speakers because the tv’s speakers kinda suck.

Nothing wrong with the tv looks good, smart tv, bright colors, etc. Bought for a discounted price so if your looking for a big tv at a great price I’d say get one!
