Took 3 TVs to get one that was actually working.

If you get one that works, it looks great, but it took me 3 deliveries to get a working model. It could be Samsung’s horrible quality control, or it could be this specific model, but the first tv I bought and its replacement both had the exact same issues. Giant white clouds appeared all over the screen. They were both able during the day, but at night they made watching it nearly impossible. Even Samsung refused to repair it saying it couldn’t be done, and offered me a credit of less than the price of the tv before tax. Since it was brand new, I just kept asking for replacements from Best Buy until I finally got one in working order. But who knows How long this will actually last. Not worth the aggravation, wasted time, or the price tag. Good luck, Samsung.

In particular when it comes to sound. The TV is really lacking in sound quality and volume. For a secondary area or bedroom it’s a great TV. DEFINITELY with the sales prices.
