This TV is extremely slow. I mean, just changing the video source takes 30 seconds, simply waiting for the box to respond to the remote control. The picture quality is terrible, it only has two HDMI ports, and there’s no audio jack. The Bluetooth doesn’t work properly either. This was my worst purchase.

I picked this up during the Black Friday sales event. TV was an much better rhan i had thought it would be. 4k upscaling makes everything look great. Very pleased.

I may like this TV when this issue is resolved, but right now I absolutely hate it and could never recommend it.
As soon as TV was plugged into the wall it started to power on, good news right? Nope, because it immediately powered off. No issue, maybe just a fluke and was an initial start up thing right? Wrong again, this TV has been cycling on/off every few seconds completely on its own. I have unplugged it for over an hour and plugged it back in just to get the same response. Look online where they suggest firmware updates, but the thing won't even boot up long enough to do anything. Called BB support and they can't do anything until tomorrow because the system still doesn't show my TV as having been delivered since I just received it about 3 hours ago.
Now to wait for BB to find someone to bring another one and take this one away, and who knows when that will be?

We purchased on black Friday 82 inch Samsung TV. We were very excited for unfortunately during transporting the TV and another piece of furniture an 18 while I was speeding Extremely close to us the truck or furniture caught air or whatever you call it,and we lost everything furniture and our new 82 inchTV everything flew out everything was in 1000 pieces. we cried our hearts out for days . Called Best Buy customer care and corporate and they just said sorry for your lost everything unfortunately we can’t do anything. The person I spoke to said he spoke to upper management I don’t like took to the three minutes is kind of sad after I explain everything couldnt Believe it took such a little time to say now after being such a long long customer and constantly making large purchases to not be able to help in anyway. Im heart broken
