The larger size and the newer smart tv features make my viewing experience much more enjoyable. Although I was always satisfied with picture and performance of my 60", this set truly makes DVD and Blu-ray watching even more pleasant.

After hooking it up, i was really impressed with the picture it presented and the size of it. It connected flawlessly with wifi. It does take a little while whenever you hook up new devices tonit because it will try to determine the best settings for the tv.

The only thing I don’t like is the way the keyboard operates when you’re trying to search something. It could also have a better sound on the tv alone

We were worried because our main family room has lots of windows. But the picture is bright and clear! The remote control is horrible, especially at night. It doesn't light up. On movie night, you have to use your phone or turn on a light to see the remote control.

Love that I could easily mirror screen from my iPhone which I couldn't do with my old Samsung model. Easy set up and download of additional apps. Absolutely recommend it.

Most definitely huge and heavy. If you could have it delivered and installed, take that option. Make sure you get the Samsung Soundbar Bar as well.

When the tv came, it came defective with the screen broken (it likely happened during delivery or transit to my mom place). We took it right away to Best Buy the same day, and they were able to exchange it with another same tv for a next day pick up. Everything went smoothly and we picked up the tv the next day, this time everything worked fine. The image quality on this tv is so great. Also, there is an Apple TV app already installed in the tv so no need to buy an Apple TV device from apple store. Overall, my mom loves her new TV.
