TV is everything we have expected & we are total tech members which pays off to have, as Geek Squad/Best Buy came out and installed the mount and this giant TV for us. They were very nice, and though I do not recall their names, once was a trainee learning and they were both very kind and listened to what we wanted and where we wanted everything. Back to the TV, great picture and I have more fun playing video games as the TV is bigger and makes it more fun. Also watching movies is amazing as well with having this bigger TV. If you are looking to buy this TV, just know it only has two HDMI ports and we did have to purchase an HDMI adapter to give us more room as we have more than two things to hook to the HDMI.

Super awesome tv very nice and bright, beautiful colors nice size, I wanted the 85 but this is still pretty close overall happy. If you want loud I'd get a stereo system. Or you can get a nice ion Bluetooth speaker and connect it and it will definitely fill up the room.

Best Buy came and mounted two TVs for me they did a great job. The Samsung TV has great clarity and quality. This TV is the largest one I’ve ever bought and yet there is perfect picture detail.

I picked up this TV the week of black Friday. When I went to Best Buy they had this TV and the 85" QLED next to each other. In my opinion there is not a massive difference in picture quality. I could tell the colors were a little more vibrant with the QLED, but the QLED with 3 times more expensive. This TV looks amazing in my basement man cave. I am in the process of setting it up as a home theater for my family and friends. I was worried about regretting this purchase as it was an impulse buy, but I am glad I did it. Also, I am not a big fan of the built in smart features on any of the TVs I own, so I use a 4K Fire Stick, It is so much faster and has more features.

Solid TV. Was very easy to set up. I use this TV for basic TV watching, no gaming. I do watch a decent amount of sports - seems pretty good so far! Can’t beat the price for the size that it is.

Purchased this Samsung 82" smart TV to replace my 65" TV I am so pleased with my purchase, the price was fantastic, the quality is great, the size is awesome, and now I can stream like everyone !

This tv was designed to take up huge wall space. Its cheap, and has a fair picture. Btw, an 82" tv is MASSIVE. I have a much, much, much higher end samsung in a 65, and there is absolutely no comparison in picture quality. The colors are somewhat dull, and the smart interface is very laggy. I use firesticks anyways, but if you dont have a firestick, get used to a slow interface. The remote is cumbersome (compared to the simple design of the higher end samsungs). The volume is full throttle up or down, so if you just want a little more volumn, have fast fingers, or your neighbors will enjoy hearing whatever youre watching. Its hard to tell if its on or not, untill you hit the power button. Most tvs have a little red light or a telltale. Tbis tv doea not. If you have a bigger wall, for the price, this tv is fine. If you want a big tv just to say you have a big tv, this will be more than fine. The price is appealing

Clarity is good when the screen is black it’s spotty. Also struggles to connect to sound bar

Great overall picture quality, size of unit was great and is above and beyond the best purchase we have made. Lots of new features and for the price a great overall value for our Media Room

Looks great from 22 feet away: didn't have make any adjustments for lighting or large room size. It didn't recognize our cable box, so we have to use 2 remotes, and the broudcast audio stopped one day requiring me to unplug it & plug it back in.

Very nice picture. recommend using two people to carry. It is package very well. It have finger/hand grips on the screen so you don't squeeze to hard. Easy to attach the hanging bracket.

I was in the market for an 85’ inch but they were sold out at my go to stores so I started to consider the 82’ after remeasuring the space over our fireplace. Well IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!! When we opened the box we all noticed how huge it was in comparison to the 65 inch we previously had up there and the quality of the picture is a whole other WOW!! Even in our family room in the peak of the day that is full of windows and sunlight!! Amazing picture!! I’m so glad we gave it a shot!! It’s sleek very user friendly and I love how easy it is to connect to my phone even as an iPhone user!! I’m super picky and I definitely would recommend!

Works great, set up was a breeze and now I can enjoy my television viewing as it should be, I can actually view small details without resorting to my reading glasses.

My first Samsung tv and WOW! Now I know why everyone says to get one. Smoothest vivid color and picture I’ve ever had on a tv! An absolute must buy.

Great picture at a great price. I put this in the lobby of our office and it looks awesome. I love the sleek design and the built-in audio is great as well.

My last TV purchase was approximately back in 2010 or 11 when LCDs and Plasma TV was the top stuff on the market. The purchase was a 55" at the time. I recently felt I needed a bigger display for my livingroom so I decided to go with the Crystal UHD. Absolutely happy with my purchase. Great graphics, awesome sound from the TV itself, and it's an 85" tv so it makes the large wall space seem smaller. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the Best Buy staff who helped me get this thing to my house. My little Altima couldn't bring it home that night.

Best TV ever. Get the sound bar with it. Picture, size, clarity, quality. Connected to our xbox1 and gaming/movies/shows in 4K are lifelike.

This TV is huge!! Looks great, runs smooth and has all the apps I want! Game mode works perfect too!!
