I've noticed some motion issues in the ~year I've had it but it really only seems to happen for signals coming from the cable box. Anything streamed through the TV or played on a video game console is flawless. For sports, I only really watch ice hockey and the definition is great but there is a somewhat consistent, but minimal, blur. It should also be noted that the sports channels i get do not broadcast in 4K so i cannot comment on that. I have it mounted on my wall about 10ft from the couch and its perfect.

Amazing Picture!

My requirements were, it had to be at least 75", it had to be at least a 4k smart tv and it had to have a 240 refresh rate. This Samsung checked all those boxes and it's 82". The 4K HD picture quality is unbelievable. Setup was a snap. Very satisfied.

I am happy that I purchased this television but would probably have jumped up to the Q-led for the few extra hundred dollars if I did it over

I wish Samsung would fix their internet connectivity issue. Here is a quick fix for the internet that intermittently disconnects: hold the power button for a couple of seconds. The tv will power off and power back on. When it powers back on it will be connected. All my tv's are series 7 and 8 and they all do the same thing. It's a shame for the tv to be so nice with a glitch like this...

This is GREAT and she loves it. This TV has been a nice addition to the house and we are enjoying the heck out of it. The remote is the best remote I have used for any device. It takes some getting used to and a little practice but once you get it noting is better. When you set up your TV it will automatically recognize most major cable and satellite boxes and automatically set the system to work with the TV remote. And in our case we have the Samsung sound bar with Direct TV and it all works from the TV remote. The only draw back which is slight, is that the Tizen OS (the Samsung TV OS) does not natively support some streaming services like Philo. You need to plug in a fire stick or something similar to use certain streaming services. However we have found the Netflix short cut button so easy to use that we have spent much more time in Netflix. all in all great tv and very happy.
