After a few hours of watching it and placed a lower priced TV beside it. I was very disappointed in the display. This is rated next to the QLED which is a big different in the display. My lower priced TV shows a better pic than this TV. Paid $1999.00 and it should be priced $999.00. Big disappointment for my money

I am very sorry to see that you were disappointed in the image quality of the RU8000.
Here are a few tips that may help you better enjoy the 4K viewing experience:
1. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
2. HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
3. The TV also offers custom settings, allowing you to adjust images to your preference.

b) Several preset picture modes are available for easily optimizing your viewing experience:
-- Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
-- Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
-- Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
-- Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4. The quality of streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that would automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.
