Only lasted about 3 years

Get a Warranty to Protect Yourself

I am a true Samsung regarding their tv’s and have purchased several from Best Buy. Within a year, I had to contact Samsung to have the remote control replaced due the blinking never stopping. It was difficult to turn the television on and off. After that was replaced by Samsung, my warranty period had expired. A few months later, I see double lines running across the bottom of the television. I called Samsung again about this and was told I’m out of warranty. So, I’ll be responsible for covering the cost. Again, with the cost of this product, it had barely made it a year before things started to malfunction. If you are going to purchase this product, make sure you get a warranty.
