Hard time hearing it since the volume doesn't go higher. Great picture quality.

That was a great experience with this new TV and we enjoyed the holidays with.

While this may not be the latest and greatest - for watching tv and movies including streaming, I don’t see that the more expensive TVs are better for most consumers. Just wish they had more available apps

Great tv, bought open box. Had some minor perfections but works great!

Overall setup and activation of the TV is simple, the picture is fantastic

Best Buy traveled to our home to properly install this very large screen TV. We were charged to have this done but it was worth it to have the expertise to set it up and handle hanging it for us. We are very pleased!

It took some convincing to get me to buy an 82 inch TV, but now that I have it there’s no way I can live without it. Samsung‘s picture, viewing experience, and simplicity of the remote is top notch.

Picture quality is good & the definition is above average.

The reason I’m giving it a 4 star and nothing above it is for two reasons. The speakers are way to low. I think it has 25W speakers. So you definitely will need a sound at of some kind. Second reason is because it lacks on apps. Only apps made for Samsung can be added. FYI: loving the AppleTV built in app. No need to have an Apple TV anymore.

We bought the TV from best buy and paid to have them install it. start to finish this has been a good experience. We love the TV and are anxious to get a sound bar to add to it

4K pictures look great. 1080 up close Isn’t super sharp. I’ve seen three other brands of large screen new TVs that look the same way. Overall a great TV.

I was very excited to get this tv. Overall I am happy because it had a great picture. Not very please with the noise it makes. This tv makes loud popping and cracking noise while the tv as in use as well as hours after it has been off.

My Husband luvs it and it stays on the NFL channel, I actually haven't got to sit down and watch it but it's ok I still have the lil brother to this upgrade!!

Went to get a TV and the Samsung rep was phenomenal!!!! He knew everything about all the TVs...he is awesome. MY SAMSUNG TV IS PRETTY AWESOME TOO.

I have been very disappointed with this set. The backlighting is very bad. It has flashlighting at all four corners. It is fine in bright rooms with bright scenes, but when the room lighting gets darker or the scene on the screen gets darker, the flashlighting in the corners is very pronounced. I should have returned it, but I was tired of the hassle as this set replaced a prior Samsung TV that had the panel replaced 3 separate times, and Samsung finally just replaced the whole set on the fourth time. I will give Samsung kudos for trying to make it right, but based on the last two Samsung TVs, I will never by another Samsung.
