    It is a good TV. Bixby is somewhat sensitive so I had to deactivate it.

    Purchase date and warranty coverage began 2/21/20 while it sat in a warehouse until delivered and installed in my house on March 9. Install went well, TV was demonstrated using YouTube. Features and operation were thoroughly gone through before reps left. Next day, used TV with cable source and TV was unwatchable. Every several seconds bottom of picture fluttered to the top constantly. Swapped out two other cable boxes, same issue. Install was too tight to swap out HDMI cable. Called installer, no reply for 7 days so Geek Squad was contacted. Service appt scheduled. New rep called night before indicating that he would not come to do the "INSTALLATION" (rather than to service/replace the TV), due to new BB virus policy prohibiting entry into cust homes. Now I have an unusable warranty for an undetermined period and a $3600 bill now due for an unwatchable TV. Made minimum payment and will request interest waiver until problem is resolved.

    Great Picture Color But...

    Mine had a fatal internal error with the software so I was told by Samsung rep to return it. Best Buy easily returned the item and I purchased the Q70 instead. No problems since.

    Didnt care for the cost cutting in the Q60 after comparing to the Sony 850 Happy with the Sony and the slightly bigger screen

    Overall TV is great except for Airplay with an Apple phone, it won’t even allow you to mirror the phone

    Have only had it one day and am very disappointed with having 3 big areas of flashlighting, When watching 4k dark scenes it becomes very pronounced. Can't help but notice them. Am going to try and see if I can get an exchange/return/refund.

    The corners showed white spots not allowing true black color to be displayed. This was an open box item, and due to the size I can only assume that it happened during handling.

    The manager haven't call back yet about the remote that goes with the TV and it still going to demo every time I turn the TV on
