The picture quality is great and contains an ARC hdmi connection to sound bar. The tv is really heavy and should be picked up by two people at least. Colors are vibrant and I watch all 4K content. This doesn’t support Dolby Vision but it’s not a deal breaker. You wouldn’t be able to tell the difference anyways. Darks are really dark. The QLED feature is much better than LED alone.

The tv is great. We hooked it up to our surround sound. Also great (after dealing with a less than helpful or polite salesperson regarding the cord we needed). But, the remote doesn't operate the television and we’ve done as the instructions indicated twice and reset the entire device and tried again. Now we have 3 remotes to operate the television. That part is a pain.

Excellent, beautiful picture! If you are in the market to buy a new TV, spend the extra $$$ on this outstanding QLED 4K beauty. The resolution, color, and 240 motion rate is incredible providing a high quality and real life viewing experience. This TV does not disappoint in any way, nothing negative, 5 stars all the way. ✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

One of the best purchases I have done this year. TV is slick, sharp and very fast. Processor switches on the TV and boots HDMI in few seconds compared to traditional delays. Images are sharp, motion rate of 120 is engaging and colors are vibrant. I got awesome deal at best buy for this one and is definitely worth the purchase.

This TV is huge, a lot bigger then I thought, the sound and picture is amazing. The color is just what we like for gaming and movies, heck even regular shows and programs. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Very heavy, decided to keep on stand and not hang on the wall, it looks great on the stand.

The picture is fabulous, color is brilliant. The TV is Enormous. Samsung’s functionality is a bit confusing to get use to coming from another brand but easy to get the hang of after a few days of use. I would buy this product again.

Everything about this television has been great, from the purchase to the delivery and the set up. The team that installed the TV had their their hands full getting the TV mounted about 10 to 12 feet above our fireplace into a solid stone wall. But they were efficient and effective in doing their job and I commend and praise those gentlemen for a job well done. My family loves the TV, with the new features that it has, beautiful picture and quality sound. The sales associate who helped us with processing the purchase was both very professional and helpful in ensuring that the sale went smoothly and that we were satisfied with our purchase. Purchased for Super Bowl watching. Crystal clear picture even if watching at an angle. The colors are super sharp. Appears to be watching in 3D without the glasses. Very impressed, and extremely satisfied with my purchase. The price was worth the wait.

This Samsung is awesome in sound, picture, clarity and features. The remote that comes with it is very small but the upgraded remote is perfect. Large hands will not like the remote that comes with the TV. Upgrade!

We love your new Samsung Q Led 83” . We are a senior couple in our 70’s. We have fallen in love again. Great picture. Great Vivid color. So happy we invested and upgraded. No way no how we could.d be happier.

This tv has such good quality! We also love that fact that it's a smart tv. The remote comes with Hulu and Netflix apps so switching between the two services is so fast and easy! Best purchase for our new house!

This TV is not only huge, but has great quality picture and features. We have ours hooked up to a sound bar, so I can't say much for the sound from the actual TVs speakers, but it's everything we wanted and more!

It’s a great tv, If you have the space for it. This was purchased by my husband and while it has a great picture and easy to navigate, it’s way too big for our living room! Lol. Although the wound disagree.

Went for 70 inch to this super big 82 inch, so great love it, color is bright and pitcher is almost like they are in the room, love - love - love it....

The picture is outstanding and the setup was very east. The television was discounted $250.00 the day after purchase, but no regrets about the purchase. 82inch is the only way to go!

Upgraded my living room TV experience with this new Q60 model. Now my Home Theater experience is awesome with this TV and my Yamaha RX-A760 Receiver with Definitive Technology speakers (all from Best Buy). The clarity on this TV is amazing and the motion rate for sports is terrific. I paid for delivery and setup which I highly recommend, as this TV at 82" diagonally which make it cumbersome to move. The 2-man Geek Squad installed it on my wall mount and got it running quickly. I also got the Geek Squad Support Plan since this TV is too large to take down and bring into the store if I have problems. Oh, and I purchased it on sale too!
