    Trouble with turning on and off. Even told the installer. Did not bother to fix it.

    I've had this TV since 2019 and it still looks great, thinking about upgrading soon, wish there was a trade in process for TVs :)

    This TV was perfect. Nice and big. Fit perfectly om my living room wall. Four years later there is this black spot on the screen. Its on the right side of the screen and its noticeable. You can still the tv but that black spot doesnt go away. Warranty expired so in order to fix it they will charge a hefty amt. My advice, purchase the extended warranty. It will be cheaper to purchase a new tv instead of repairing it.

    Luv the TV, awesome picture quality and HDR10.. Connected my XBOX for ideal gaming experience.. Great price and come with Free mounting service.

    Don't waste your money, had this EXPENSIVE tv for about two yrs and it doesn't turn on. 1000$ to fix. I'll pass, i'm never buying Samsung again. Read on reddit that this is an on going issue and Samsung isn't doing anything about it. GARBAGE TV
