Not amazing
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This to had lots of great reviews. But for me, it really isn’t bright enough. And the picture is not as crisp as I thought it would be. It’s big. But it isn’t amazing.

Posted .Portal,
Thank you for purchasing the Q60T TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking.
Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic
Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption.
Go to Settings > General > Eco Solution > Power Saving Mode.
Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness.
Go to Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
I hope this helps to improve your picture. Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM -12AM EST M-F (9AM – 6PM EST Sat). Or text HELP to 62913.

Q60T
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely loved the larger 83 inch display but the color was not the best and couldn't really be adjusted to look natural. Regular satellite channels were horrible looking this TV but the streaming channels looked really nice as long as there were no fast action scenes. Fast action scenes usually become blurry looking on this TV.

Not very happy at all !!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Started out being very happy with my purchase. However , at this point I'm not real sure . The picture often starts becoming dark . After a few minutes its like the show has been filmed at night with poor lighting . Turn the TV off and back on and the picture is fine . This is very concerning considering it has only be up and running for 2 weeks !

Bad quality and TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. On the fourth day of use, the TV stopped working. Stripes appeared all over the screen, the sound deteriorated. Returning the TV was difficult. Three times no one came, they lied about returning money. Very poor service and would not recommend buying a TV here.
