Man is this thing big. So far no problems. Great picture and features. My son in law helped me mount it. All I need now is a great sound system to go with it.

We paid about $2000 which included sales tax. This 82" QLED is just fine. The next level would be OLED for $8k. No thanks. We love the picture quality. Purchased a nice bracket on eBay (swivels top.bottom but not away from wall) for $39 and installed ourselves. Very happy with purchase at this price point. Our sofa is approx. 12ft from TV and is perfect. We added a Sonos Beam sound bar which has a voice button on the remote (or app) which makes voices clear. I was not crazy about having to hang it above the fireplace as I don't care to look up - but we only look up slightly as this TV is huge.

We love our new Samsung 82" TV. The picture is crystal clear and we didn't need a sound bar since it has a great sound already. The remote is simple to use too.

Worth the splurge! Great picture / color and sound, wifi, built in apps in Tizen OS on top of Netflix and other services.. HBO, Amazon prime and Hulu all day.

Samsung 82inch QLED is an excellent tv for the living room. The picture is sharp, and the brightness can be adjusted according to your needs

If you want a good big screen tv , great color and resolution buy this Samsung. The rapid response of the commands , like apps and web functions are great and has a decent sound though it could be better for the size of the tv.

I had been looking into upgrading my tv for a few months and this model had a reduced price. Great value. Crisp picture on streamed content, which all we subscribe to. All the included apps completely eliminated the need for our PlayStation to be on at all. Wall mounted the unit and it fits the area perfectly. One drawback is no side access to plug in additional HDMI cables, which makes adding devices difficult. Outside of that great smart tv in this size and lighting class. Would buy again and recommend to others

I love my Samsung 82" smart TV! I needed a big one to cover an existing hole over my fireplace, and since this is in the Great Room I can easily see the TV from the other end of the house at the stove! The TV is linked to my WI FI so the SmartView setting on my phone allows me to cast to the TV. It also has Alexa, who will find apps I am subscribed to, to watch on my TV instead of a laptop. The color & picture are beautiful, so I am very happy with this TV.

Black Friday purchase and we do not regret it. $1499 for an 82" QLED is a great deal. I'm sure it will be cheaper next year, but I feel like we got a lot of bang for our buck. Amazing picture and the sound quality is decent as well. We have this in our bedroom, which previously had a 65". Huge difference and I am no longer squinting to see the TV Guide on the screen. Best Buy delivery team was great and did an excellent job hanging the TV and cleaning up.

I bought this Samsung QLED 82” TV for $1699. The image is clear and I just love how big the screen size is. Wifi connects easily and it has enough ports for all my other gadgets including a surround system. The best part is that best buy honored price match guarantee when it put the TV on sale for $1499. I made a phone call and they refunded me $214 right away. Buying process is easy and predictable. I only buy my electronics from Best Buy these days. No more Amazon.

Owned for 7 months now and its very good. Better than my old Vizio. Screen is big of course the speed of navigating thru apps, turning off and on is fast. Internet connection is good. Picture is good but you do have ti make adjustments to your liking. I do wish they gave you more range in each setting. Sounds is good i have a sorround sound with ceiling speakers.

Great TV. Got it on a deal so was definitely worth it. It is obviously not as good as the Q80T but thats kind of expected. Compared to the Q80T, it is slightly less responsive and the picture fades a little at sharp angles but none that should bother anyone. The only reason I am mentioning this is because I have both TVs and I can compare them side by side. Overall, am satisfied with this one, I would definitely recommend it!
