I have 4 Samsung y and this one was a lemon in less than a year the screen was completely blank the repair cost me &459 terrible the way they are making it so disappointed the first tv that goes within a year waste of money won’t buy Samsung anymore

A must buy. The quality of the television is great. I’m really happy we bought it. The quality of the picture and the sound are superior. Best Buy and the their staff made very easy to purchase and assist in ant questions that I had and installation needs.

So far so good. Read a few bad reviews but I’ve had no problems. It’s a good tv. Tough to watch from the side. I got it on sale for around 1500. I was going to get the Samsung 82” for 1299 but Best Buy employee said this one is way better quality and when I looked at both them you could definitely tell

This TV is wonderful! It's the perfect size for the family room and has a beautiful UHD display. It's so great to be able to seamlessly go between cable tv and Netflix/AmazonVideo/Youtube. It was delivered on time but setup was late geek squad agent didnt showed up and then i have two call again

Only a couple of complaints. TV only has two HDMI inputs, no easily accessed external controls. The picture quality is excellent. I had the sound bar installed with the TV to replace the surround sound speakers I had installed when I had the house built. The sound bar sounded better. Only one problem it uses a Blu tooth sub woofer so I can't use my much larger powered, roof raising, sub woofer. Now I hear that there is a new 105 inch in the new future.

Bought the opened item tv and it was well worth the discount of over $300 only thing wrong with it was the remote was missing and I have 3 Samsung remotes already love the picture will buy open box item again especially since the warranty is same as unopened tv

Excellent TV for the price! It may not be Samsung's top-end display but it is far better than the (Failing) LED TV I did have. The colors are wonderful and bright and the TV is the perfect fit for a large living room!

Our last Samsung tv is 12 years old and works like we just installed it. Of course we looked no where else but Samsung and Best Buy when it was time to add a tv to our finished basement. Such a sharp tv and the addition of our stream services was seamless. We are thrilled!

Amazing tv!! We have been using our tv non stop, and it doesn’t give any issues what so ever! Price is pretty fair especially for the size and picture quality, which is very crisp and vibrant with plenty other settings to try and adjust.

Been watching for almost a month now and so far so good. Connects flawlessly with all our other Samsung devices, phone , tablets, sound bar. The picture is definitely higher res than the 1080P Samsung it replaced. Easily controlled with Alexa. All around a great TY.

It's a pleasant surprise....p[cture is great and sound is better than anticipated plus I updated the sound by by adding a vizio 5.1 sound bar with surround that was on a special sale I'm all set.great price,great buy.

Great tv so far very vivid and bright picture easy too operate

Awesome TV for the money as i got it on sale. Was trying to get the 75 in Q version but it was sold out and this one came on sale at the right time. Now i have 75 in QLED in my bedroom and an 82 in QLED in my man cave!!

Everything is perfect. No issues no damages and a perfect picture.

Very good quality and good price for 82” tv. Only missing is Qsymphony
