Absolutely no issues until then but of course it was before Christmas, Samsung actually was very fast to refund me, well give me a store credit since they of course do not make this model anymore, Just waiting on Best Buy to let me get a new TV, Best advice ALWAYS get the extended warranty, unless it is a cheap TV. I do not know why it takes days for Best Buy to process the approved exhange from SaMSUNG, BUT ALL i CAN DO IS WAIT. DEFINATELY GETTING EXTENDED WARRANTY. If I had that I would probably already have TV

Clear picture for 8k.
