My Samsung TV was an open box model listed as being in excellent condition. Brought it home and have been using it for about 2 weeks without any issues. The power cord and remote were attached to the back of the TV and I didn't need anything else to get it working.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase. This TV meets or exceeds all our expectations. Movies - check, Gaming - check. On the gaming side, make sure you read and follow the connection guides and use a proper HDMI 2.1 cable to connect to your PC. I'm getting the full 120fps on a 4080 GPU and it's smooth like silk. I've abandoned gaming on my 35" Ultra-wide and didn't plan on going back. This is truly a video Swiss Army Knife.

The picture is fantastic. Had to turn on the auto brightness feature because I found the picture too bright at night which is a good thing. Viewing angle is great Very similar to a plasma TV. The sound is pretty good for built in speakers. Features and ease of set up a plus. Highly recommend this TV.

Came in great condition and was installed with no issues. Something in the tv gave out after a while but Samsung was quick to send someone out and replace the part

I am not a fan of Best Buy. Let me preface that in advanced, HOWEVER, the Best Buy in Salem is in a league of its own. I ordered an open box TV and I received a call in less than 30 minutes from a manager informing me of the unique status of said TV (no box or stand). He even attempted to figure out exactly how many model hours it had. This helped us immensely picking the TV up with ideal preparation and the workers there even did their best to ensure it was safely wrapped in bubble wrap. We mounted this 10’ high (or more) in our room and used a uhaul box and uhaul to move it to the coast. The tv is pristine despite the dangers. Best Buy helped with that outcome. I will buy here again without question (especially OB items).

I love my tv. It’s exactly what was demonstrated in store. I had it professionally installed by Greek service. They did a phenomenal job. The picture and colors are very clear. My family and I are just loving it completely.

Picture is quality is outstanding. I had a 75 inch Samsung upgraded to new 83 inch couldn't be happier. I highly recommend it. I bought a new soundbar to go with it can't beat the sound and picture quality.

Amazing picture quality ! Was on the fence about buying a new tv especially one so expensive. But it definitely delivers. Fills up my entire tv wall with bright beautiful colors!

Have two of these. One 85 and 83 inch. The color and easy operation is great.

Picture quality is incredible. I have multiple Pioneer Elite plasma TVs and have not been impressed by most newer TVs. The S90D is a worthy successor with deep blacks and great brightness. I definitely recommend this TV.

The sheer size of this TV combined with it being OLED leads to a great experience. This may not be a "QD-OLED" but the only flaw I can point out with the picture is that a fully white image may not be a blinding white. But those instances are far and few and the important times such as the fireworks scene in Encanto is amazing and you won't be disappointed. The lack of Dolby Vision support is disappointing, but I wouldn't use that as a reason not to buy this TV HDR and HDR10+ content is still amazing to watch.

Always been a fan of Samsung and this TV did not disappoint. Exactly how its described and love it!!! The 2 speakers are not to be played around...Superior Sound quality!!!

Excellent picture quality. Automatically found my xbox once it was connected, and can even turn it on from the remote.

Our purchase was great from salesman to installers! They were all knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. We love our new TV! The clarity is excellent, just like we were told it would be.

Very nice TV with great color. A beautiful TV but make sure you use a flat mount due to the protruding back lower portion of the TV.

Wasn’t totally satisfied with sound depth, purchased a soundbar. Much happier now with the sound matching the action you see.

This is a pretty nice tv. We have a sound bar attached which is a plus. Sometimes the picture looks fuzzy but it only lasts a second. Not sure if it's the tv or broadcast so that is the reason for the 4 stars vs 5.

I never thought I would write a negative review, especially about a Samsung product, but here we are. The size and picture quality are solid, but the TV itself has been problematic since purchase. Almost immediately the TV sound started noticeably crackling, light a wood burning fire. Some apps did it more than others, nothing fixed the problem. Every once and awhile it would either go away or be almost unnoticeable, but it would come back. TV sound quality has always been a bit hit or miss, so I bought a really good soundbar and figured that would be enough. Within a week of that, the entire TV stopped powering on out of the blue. While I had faith in Best Buy to fix the problem, I was past the initial window and would require help from Samsung. Turnaround for help wasn't *too* bad (Friday morning for a Tuesday afternoon call), but was told I would have to un-mount the TV myself or pay someone to do it for me. Samsung would reimburse me for up to $150 (Best Buy mounting is more than that for TVs this size) and they would also no re-mount it if they're able to fix it. So basically I have to pay someone to take the TV down for them to *potentially* fix it, wait for however long for that, and then pay someone to re-mount it. I've had so many Samsung TVs over the years and looked past a few negative ones when I bought this one, but I would strongly recommend going with a different model, or even brand. I had an LG before and I might go back to that.
