Wasn’t pushed to buy something I didn’t want and very patient with all the questions I had.

Not only was the first TV warped so was the 2nd one. Delivery team was going to check with Samsung but still have not heard back. It has to be a defective batch of 83 inch TV’s. Hopefully Samsung will figure out and replace with one thats not warped.

Good and Bad

Samsung is known for a lagging picture processing time. Meaning a lower resolution channel good not be effectively upscaled . I spent days anaylzing, reading Tecspecs. I did learn that the Samsung 83 inch OLED uses a WOLED display on the 83 inch. Not told to me when i purchased. I chose to return the set for an 85” Sony Series 9 miniLED which is spectacular. A little more money but an absolute hands down better picture for all reslution use.

Paid 3k plus for a tv that quit working.

Our TV won't turn on after troubleshooting. Now I have to wait for 12 days to get it repaired by best but technician. Not worth it.
