The panel is nice, love the no reflection in a bright-room, but the colors got a bug that it destroys and crushes all the colors and black levels and the TV has to be reset to fix this issue, lastest software, not acceptable for any TV but at this price range is a disaster. I'm returning it.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing 2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms 3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving 4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments 5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

Best OLED for bright rooms. Great size with anti glare matte finish screen for our loft and viewing experience. Wish they made this model in 100” as well but still satisfied with it compared to our 55” before this. Great combination with the Sonos arc ultra and sub 4. Will be purchasing Era 300s for the rear soon.

This new OLED screen is amazing. The brightness is 10x the brightness on my Vizio OLED. The matte anti-reflective screen takes away 95% of sun glare. I could not be happier with this purchase.

I purchased this TV back in May 2025 and after 6 months Samsung has tried to repair my TV 4 times and it still is not fixed. I even purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy but the Geek Squad will not touch or repair my TV until after the 1 year manufactures warranty is up so they make me call Samsung to fix my TV. I have owned over 10 Samsung TVs and I have never had a problem until this TV. The Samsung Customer Care is horrible because you have to wait on hold, do the same troubleshooting with the agents everytime you call only for them to schedule a repair man to come out and try to fix the issue. All 4 of my in-home repairs were serviced by the same person and he has replaced 4 different parts on my TV and it is still not working properly. The Samsung customer service recommended that I unplug my external device (Direct TV box) and that should fix the TV from doing the power cycles. There is no way I can use my TV without Direct TV connected so I ordered a new cable box and some expensive Audio Quest HDMI cable and the TV still does the samething. I’ve talked to the sales team at my Best Buy store and they don’t have a solution for me. I called Samsung again and they won’t replace my TV but they want to send another repair man to my house for a 5th time and I’m not happy. This TV with the extended warranty cost my $8k for a TV that I can’t even use. When I was in the process of purchasing this TV, I had entensions to buy the 85” 8k TV but the sales person talked me into getting this one because of the matte black screen but I shouldn’t have listened to him and purchased the TV I wanted to get. So I would not advise anyone to buy this TV because it will be a waist of your time and money.

The color very shining and good look and healthy to our eyes. It is big enough to hold a space nicely in our house. We have had a little problem to assemble it but, we got help to fix it. We enjoying different channels from youtube and samsung tv plus. This give us happiness and joyful to our family. Thanks for giving us this offer from best buy. I bought the Samsung mainly for the anti-reflective screen, but the colors are so much more vivid than my old LG.
Only downside so far is a strange one. When I first set the tv up it recognized my PS5 right away, and then just yesterday it didn’t, and I can’t add it back on because the PlayStation is the only company that the tv doesn’t know.

If your PS5 appears as a blank source (such as HDMI3), try enabling Input Signal Plus: press your remote’s Quick Settings key > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > switch on Input Signal Plus for the HDMI port your PS5 is connected to.
We also recommend checking that your TV is updated to the latest firmware so you’ll have the newest performance enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

We have many windows in our TV room and we don't have to close blinds to have an awesome TV watching experience. I still close blinds for a good movie (not a movie experience unless the room is dark) but for regular shows it's no big deal with the blinds open. I was skeptical because of the price but now I am glad we took the plunge. TV watching at a new level.

The first TV i got, turned off by itself every few minutes. BestBuy Replaced for free and new TV works great. Colors are great. Everything seems to work as it should.

We were originally after an 85" Samsung but it was not available so we went with the 83" OLED instead. That has proven to be a great change. Incredible picture, absolutely no glare. Wonderful color. For the first time we can actually see what is going on in the night/shadow images that on previous tv's simply just blended into darkness.

I recently purchased this TV from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier! The picture quality is absolutely stunning, with vibrant colors and deep blacks that really bring movies and shows to life. The one box shuts the TV down after gaming for a couple of hours or watching a movie. Overheats I guess. Picture is great but that is very annoying about the one box.
