We ordered it and the day before it was meant to be picked up (and then installed) I got an email saying it was canceled so I then had to scramble to try and repurchase it ind have it picked up in time for it to be installed. No one on the phone was helpful in customer service and they were just rude and disrespectful. HARD PASS.

visually impressive, hdr doesn't work with xbox

Dropped this Samsung in and the xbox is now saying the Samsung isn't compatible regarding hdr. Put the LG back and all the hdr goodness is available. I'm not unhappy with the Samsung (especially when considering the price), but I need to knock the stars down a couple due to the lack of hdr10 working with the xbox.

This is a clearer and brighter image than the projected image on the 115" screen at the front. We got this so the people on stage could see what's being projected without having to turn around to see the projection screen. THEY LIKE IT!
