I purchased it knowing it was not going to be perfect or have the best specs, it's a budget model. However, I immediately noticed some strange uneven shadows in dark parts of the image. Upon further investigation, with black and gray test images, it was very easy to see several spots of uneven/ inconsistent luminance and the backlight bleeding through. As this is towards the bottom of the Samsung model line, I expected to see a little cloudiness on the screen in dark areas. But what I got was very distracting spots and streaks across the screen. I took it off my wall, packed it back up, and returned this TV.
