Icon organization is odd and inconsistent. If I turn the TV on, I have multiple screens before I can get to a menu. And if I accidentally select the menu in the middle of a program, I can't exit. I have to switch programming, then go back. Someone should teach Samsung design ergonomics. Other than that, it's a good TV (so far).

The 1st one just went out after 2 years and I had no protection plan so I had to dispose of. My new one went out 2 years and 1 month.Not a good sign of quality at all.This time I do have a protection plan but they can't come out for almost 2 weeks.Very dissapointing for I am without a tv,especially for march madness. I would not recommend buying Samsung TVs.

I do see the clouding when the screen is completely black but it really doesn't bother me. Shipping was fast and they followed up with delivery time by text and email. Very happy with purchase.

But best buy charged me more then tv was orginally . I need to have them do a price rebate. Sold tv for 1259.00 when. The had ut on sale for 1059.00. Other then that great deal.

This one cracked on the first thump from something else. It was flexible... Which scared me, when Best Buy made ME move it home. I couldn't install it how I wanted. Now I'm out of a TV and have a bunch of junk to toss.
