As if this wasn’t irritating enough, here I am less than 18 months from purchase and 80% of my screen backlighting died. Samsung told me to pound sand and it’s unfortunate but not their issue that the tv is a 75” brick. 10/10 would not recommend. My cheap TVs have workes better and lasted far longer. This is a disappointment from Samsung. From purchase through it’s untimely end Samsung has dodged standing behind their product every step of the way. I’ll buy LG and Sony going forward.

Better have an extended warranty if you buy this product, know wonder they only offer a one year manufacturer warranty. The tv breaks right after the one year is up!

Best buy geek squad has already replaced the motherboard in the unit once and now they want to replace it again. So far 2 motherboards not working correctly, I asked to have it replaced with a new unit and was told I would have to wait a year to get it replaced if possible. I paid good money for a tv that I continually have to unplug & plug back in because it seems to freeze frequently. I will never buy Samsung products ever again, very disappointed.

I have TV's for for longer periods of time and never had to deal with this. Not sure if I would purchase another Samsung TV.
