I worked overtime to purchase this TV for my family and We were so excited to finally have our dream tv. We mounted the tv and noticed it was not workings we brought it back to exchange for a new one and Best Buy wouldn’t exchange it! The employees told us it was our fault. I explained it wasn’t we did absolutely nothing but purchase it and try to install it. I’m a very truthful person and if we did drop it or anything like that I would say it! I don’t believe in lying. I cried my eyes! You can only imagine how devastated we were and they did not care one bit. We now have a broken tv sitting in our garage and not sure what to do with it. I am working hard to save for a new one but I will never buy from Best Buy again!
