Geek squad were great and they worked hard with installation and spent hours getting the kinks out. It seemed so complicated to connect a TV though.

MY ONLY NEGITIVE IS IT DOESN'T COME WITH 3D GLASSES AND I CAN'T FIND OUT WICH ONES TO BUY BEST BUY COULDN'T HELP AND SAMSUNG WASN'T HELPFUL EITHER

The picture quality is fantastic. It is amazing that something that BIG can look that good.

This 85" 4K Ultra HD TV replaced a 100" fixed screen and Runco Projector. The projector was used so often the lamp was being replaced yearly and the 85" offers a great compromise of 4K quality and longevity.

This is the second one of the 85 inch Sammys we have purchased. Very good & bright picture for this large. Have several other 4K Sammys. Like them all.

Awesome TV! I wish it was HDR10 compatible, but getting a 4K TV and 3D is perfect! Excellent image and size!

I have owned many television, this one has been the best. Great picture almost like being there.

Bought for presentations being made in our conference room. 2 months of use and people still remark about how effective the monitor is in clarifying a PowerPoint slide.

The picture is not as clear as the higher end Samsungs. The screen is too big at 11 feet unless you enjoy siting in the front of a theater. The picture size is fine at 13-14 feet. I prefer 78 inches with a clearer picture at 11 feet for the same price.

This is the Best TV I have ever purchased for the money. it was on special when I purchased it and it will probably be the best value TV for this kind of money I have ever purchased.

4K and 3D, what more could you ask for? How about 85"?! 3D is better than in the theater! Had to order glasses separately, but worth it!

I have owned three UHD (4K) TV's in the last two years - one 70" and two 65" sets. While they were vey good, they can't begin to compare to this 85" Samsung set. I sit about 9 - 10' from the TV, and the picture experience is just great! While that might be considered a little too close with a regular HD TV because the pixels are visible, this not an issue with a 4k TV. This set's up scaling of 720p & 1080i material is exemplary, and 4K material is phenomenal! The UN85JU7100 has the right combination of Samsung's 2015 picture and processing enhancements to deliver a truly great viewing experience. I had a chance to compare this TV with last year's (2014) 85' Samsung UHD set at my local Best Buy, and the new model clearly out performed last year's model in all respects! In summary, the "cliche" that the bigger the screen, the better 4k looks is quite true! I can highly recommend the UN85JU7100!!!

This is an awesome tv at a great value. It also has a nice viewing angle from the side.

I initially bought the 79 inch LG television but returned it because I thought the screen was too small. I watch this television from 10.5 to 11 feet away and the screen size is perfect. I wanted a flat screen rather than a curved screen so I went with this one. Even my wife likes it and she thought a 65 inch television would be just fine. I usually watch football and Netflix and I love the picture quality. Remember to buy a low profile mount so it sits flush against the wall. I did all the research so you don't have to. I would highly recommend this television. Remember, you can never buy a television that is too big.

My 85 inch television is only months old and I have had one headache after another. The picture freezes, and there are times when there are little dotted lines along the side and on top of the picture.. Even turning the set on is an adventure. The set goes on,then it turns dark and then after I repress the on button it stays on..For the money I put out for this TV, I AND THE MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY WILL NEVER PURCHASE A SAMSUNG TV OR ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN. SAMSUNG TELEVISIONS- A VERY INFERIOR PRODUCT!! IF YOU ARE SMART,STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG!!!!!!!

My 85 inch TV has many problems. FIRST-when I watch a 4k channel and change the channel back to a regular channel, the picture goes snowy.In order to restore the picture,I have to turn the set off and then turn it on. SECOND- When watching TV,THE SOUND GOES OFF. In order to restore the sound I must turn the set off and then on. THIRD-The picture sometimes freezes. FOURTH-When I change the channels the picture goes black and then changes after some time. FIFTH-Some times there are moving dots and dashes along the sides and on top of the screen. After spending over $8,000 on this TV. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY SAMSUNG!!
