Unhappy with my Samsung 85 inch 4K TV.

The system crashes two or three times a day prompting me to restart my TV. Another problem is the picture quality is poor on broadcast less than 4K or 1080i. I have contacted Samsung support regarding my system crashes, and I've gone through their recommended steps to remedy the problem, to no success.

Sound is not the best

Screen Goes Black/Freezes Every Time

It’s almost like they intentionally make them awful so that you have to buy a soundbar. However, my least favorite thing about it is that it randomly kicks you out of whatever you’re watching and freezes. We literally have to unplug the TV entirely and then turn it back on. This started happening a couple of weeks after we got it, and now it happens every single time we watch something. It’s so disappointing. On top of all of this, the first one we received had a huge crack in the screen on delivery and they had to send us an exchange. Just a nightmare experience. Do not even bother with this TV. It is a waste of time, money, and will leave you extremely unsatisfied.

Thank you for letting us know about the issues you are having with your DU6950 TV. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
