As others have said, the speakers aren’t super great, but they are so crisp and clean sounding and I think that is why people don’t like… because it’s kind of flat with no bass. However, that doesn’t bother us because we love the tv and intended to get full surround sound anyhow!

Other than that, it is a great quality picture. It pairs well with Samsung sound bar & speaker set.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Definitely need to connect to an external sound system. Menu navigation from the remote is clunky. We use it in our classrooms and finding the Source Input for quick changing is difficult.

I don’t normally splurge on myself especially in these challenging times. Boy, was this worth every penny! Also, thank you Best Buy for quickly replacing the first TV delivery with no hassle when it arrived broken. I have made computer purchases in the past through Best Buy and they also have been excellent products too.

Not a bad buy if you just want to use it for apps like youtube, netflix, etc... Gaming not be as great as 60Hz but playable if u dont care about refresh rate...I did not care about multiple features on TV like a optica, multiple HDmi, etc...Would have been 5 star for the price and my usage need if it is not Tizen OS.. The OS is garbage had to buy 4k google TV.. I was going to return it but the Google TV made me keep it.

Look up on youtube best picture settings for this tv and will look great connect Ethernet so it runs smooth and connect your sound bar to it and enjoy if you want better sound top of the line picture quality then dont pay the 699 pay the 1k and up
