They handled everything with care and also helped me set it all up! I would recommend if you need a 85inch tv this is a great value

I have been converting all of the t.v.'s in my home to Samsung's and this T.V. looks great in my living room. You won't find a better quality t.v. this size for this price.

Paired with some backlights it creates the perfect setting to watch movies or binge shows with family.
