Within the first month, both TVs developed significant issues, proving Samsung’s quality control is utterly deplorable. This particular model suffers from a infuriating defect that causes it to reset every single night, disrupting my viewing experience and rendering the TV borderline unusable. It’s a clear manufacturing flaw, yet Samsung’s customer service has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They dodge their warranty obligations with every excuse in the book, leaving me stuck with a defective product. My previous Samsung TV was so problematic I had to throw it out, and now I’m forced to endure this one’s daily resets because Samsung refuses to honor their warranty or take responsibility for their shoddy craftsmanship. Save your money and avoid Samsung TVs at all costs. Their products are unreliable, and their warranty is nothing but empty promises. I deeply regret my purchase and will never trust Samsung again.

The DU6950 TV offers 2 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.
