    Love the TV but dislike the remote. Very hard to operate and he hesitates a lot.

    Great quality for the price. Clarity is good against sunlight. The first unit came damaged but Bestbuy took action immediately and sent a replacement within 3 business days. I am happy with my purchase.

    I expected much more from an 85-inch Samsung TV. The picture quality is decent, but the brightness and contrast are disappointing for this price range. The smart features are slow, and the remote feels cheap. For such a big screen, the sound quality should be much better. Overall, not worth the hype.

    Couldn't argue about the Memorial Day sale price and it works great with the viewing distance and where we have it hung. Only complaint is that AirPlay and casting isn't cooperating.
