Won’t last a year

One day after not even watch tv all day I turned it on and 40 minutes later the picture went out and started making a scary noise. Now the whole tv can turn back on but there is a streak one the whole right side.

Stopped working 12 hrs after install

The screen often displays static or distorted images, with lines and blocks of color appearing randomly, making it impossible to watch anything. Despite resetting the TV and checking connections, these issues continue to reappear and not completely stopped working.

Worst experience

After 20 mins of letting them know we did nothing to it transported it how they wantted us to in my truck bed strapped down standing up . I finally got store manager to exchange it for a working one that I made them open up and test before I purchased

BEST BUY will deliver a broken TV and not exchange

They refused to exchange it for a new one. Whether or not Samsung built a TV or Best Buy sold a broken one, it doesn't matter. I bought it from Best Buy and they flat out refuse to exchange it. Now I'm stuck with a broken TV. THANKS BEST BUY! Dont buy anything from them. I have been loyal customer for years but will never buy anything from them again.

Scam on promotional purchase of 85 inch Samsung TV

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I purchase this television, it was with a promotion where a 40 inch class 5 series LED Full HD smart Tizen TV 2019 and Xbox game pass ultimate 1 month membership-activation required (digital) they also offered to open a Best Buy account which I did….however didn’t receive any…..Best Buy refused to rectify the matter so I’m returning the TV and closing this account

Great tv but remote sucks

As to be expected with TV's these days the sound is good but not great. Only complaint I have is the remote, has to be pointed directly at the censor and can be a bit frustrating to use. All things considered it's a great purchase.

I would recommend it to anyone who asks about it. I also purchased my 55” Samsung TV from Best Buy as well and really love it as well. Only problem I had with this TV and it was with The Geeks. I have always purchased my TV’s with Best Buy and always have the Geek Squad set up and delivery and have never had a problem prior to this latest delivery/set up. In past I have always been extremely happy with the Geek Squad service. However this time I was extremely disappointed with their service. There were two of them that did the set up. Unfortunately the person in charge was not helpful at all he didn’t spend the time to fully explain the how to’s with the television nothing. It was quite a disappointment compared to all the previous times I have used the Geeks. Other than that I am very happy with the 85” Samsung Television.
